Where required by regulations such as Special Management Area Permits or Conservation District Use Permits, we develop Environmental Assessments (EAs) or Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), in accordance with HRS 343 and the guidelines of the State Office of Environmental Quality Control (OEQC). This work usually includes contracting with and coordinating the work of a number of special subconsultants, including professionals from the fields of archaeology, cultural practices, biology, botany, traffic/transportation, economics, and others.
