TOWNSCAPE, INC. serves as the lead planner for a number of large-scale affordable and workforce housing projects, with housing unit counts in the range of 1,500 to 5,000 units. Our role for these housing projects has typically included development of the Master Plan, the EA or EIS, land use approvals, RFP for private sector builder/developer(s), and special consultation to the housing agency during the design and financing phase of the project.
