Māʻiliʻili Watershed Management Plan

Townscape worked with the State Department of Health Clean Water Branch to develop the Māʻiliʻili Watershed Management Plan. The goal was to formulate an environmentally holistic, community-based, and economically viable watershed management plan that addresses land-based nonpoint source pollution and identifies solutions to restore and protect water quality and aquatic resources in the Māʻiliʻili Watershed. Solutions included specific priority projects for implementation. Funding for implementation will be available through Clean Water Act section 319(h), with matching funds available from a settlement agreement between the City & State.
