SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

CURRENT POSITION

Planner at TOWNSCAPE, INC., since 2009.  Ms. Topp is involved in project management, meetings, coordination, computerized graphics, research, and report writing.  Computer applications include ArcGIS, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.

PRIOR PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS AND EXPERIENCE

University of Hawai`i at Manoa, Social Science Research Institute, Honolulu, Hawai`i, Jan-Dec. 2008.  Graduate Research Assistant for the University of Hawai`i System Multi-hazard Mitigation Plan. Conducted background research on various assets and emergency response plans of the University of Hawai`i System, as well as naturally occurring hazards in the Hawaiian Islands. Additionally, was responsible for plan write-up, incorporating hazard readiness plans of various University of Hawai`i departments.

LFR, Inc., Honolulu, Hawai`i, 2001-2006. Project Environmental Scientist.  Managed various projects including Phase I and II ESAs, underground storage tank closure projects, and remediation projects for industrial facilities or petroleum-impacted sites. Was responsible for a variety of project management tasks including budgeting, proposal write-up, background research, fieldwork oversight, report write-up and review, billing, and client interactions.
